Location is kinda hard to walk through at the mean time, due to road work.
I had a nice experience here. The person in the shop was so kind. One day before I wanted to leave my luggage, about 7:00 at night, I just happen to pass the shop on my way to the hotel. Then he was about to leave, closing the shutter.
I asked him about the price etc, and he told me very kindly.
The next day when I checked out the hotel, I had enough time before my train leave, so I left my luggage here and explored London for a couple of ours(my hotel was near the station but it charges 20pounds for left luggage). The man remembered me and did it as he told the previous day. He was very nice. Thank you.

Didn’t want to carry our luggage around…
Didn’t want to carry our luggage around with us. Found this place online, and it had great reviews, and wasn’t badly priced. Really quick and simple to book and its location made it a perfect choice. I found the staff there to be friendly and helpful. Definitely would use again.

Paddington Station: Lost Property
I foolishly left a man's hat on a train arriving at Paddington Station. The on;ime reporting form was clear and easy to use and the Lost Property Office reacted almost immediately. The following day I was oinformed that my hat had been found and was available for collection in the Lost Property Office. I was very happy to pay the £3 admin fee to be re-united with the hat that had travelled thousands of miles with me over several years and was something of an old friend. Well done Paddington!

Created to provide tourists with an affordable alternative to expensive station storage and storage locker facilities, we have a well-secured premises that’s just waiting for your luggage to arrive.
We offer the option for you to leave your luggage with us for day visits to the city, allowing you to explore London until dawn without worrying about any baggage. Once you’re done, simply collect your luggage from us by 7:00PM on the day of your arrival, or after 9:00AM the next day.

Excellent service. Had a heavy bag that I didn't want to carry around the city all day, this luggage storage is very conveniently located Next to Paddington station, it is probably the best priced storage facility in central London and the storage is very secure. Bags are locked away in a store room that can only be accessed by staff, very happy with the service would definitely use again. Thank you!.

This luggage storage is amazing. The price is brilliant at £6 all day, the service is so kind and helpful. I felt at ease leaving my bags here all day, especially as on collection you are asked to pass over your ticket and then identify your own luggage which they then check matches the tag number on the ticket. Highly recommend and I will be using their service again.
