The service was excellent! We dropped off our luggage here on Sunday morning. Although we were significantly delayed by traffic when we returned to pick it up in the evening—meaning we arrived after closing time—the staff member waited patiently for us, and our luggage was kept safe and secure.

Left luggage around 11 AM with a very friendly shopkeeper. Picked up around 11 PM same day, but encountered a very unhelpful person. We were missing a backpack on pickup- this person gave negative vibes, was rude and passive aggressive. It took about 5 minutes to make him look for the backpack after making him call his colleague. Fortunately it didn't escalate but it felt like it could have. I hope to have never an encounter like this again. Fortunately the backpack was found later in the basement- wonder why it was separated from the main luggage in the first place. I would not recommend. Go next door instead.

We brought our luggage here after the shop next door tried to scam us. They charged a fare price and kept their word. Our luggage and belonging were all safe while we explored the city for a few hours.

Easy online booking. No complicated process, just head there and tell the sweet guy at the counter that you have luggages to drop off. He will give you numbers and ask you to take pictures. Enjoy your day and back to pick up. Will do again here next visit. Thanks for taking good care of our luggages.

Really great service. My luggage felt safe. You took a picture of it with their tag and then show it to them when you come back. It was also very inexpensive as well compared to see at the airport or at the station.

Dropped in to leave a couple of bags for a few hours. Excellent hassle free service from a really nice guy. (Currency exchange gave me a good usd-gbp rate too!)

No wonder why they've got this high rating. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient service. You would preferably wanna book slots for your bags just in case before your arrival.
Location is kinda hard to walk through at the mean time, due to road work.

It's very close to the subway station, just across the street. It only costs six yuan per piece of luggage, which is a great deal. The staff are also very friendly.

This place is great, I was a little sceptical when I first saw that it is co-located with a currency exchange but they are just sensibly making use of the space. The price is just £7 per bag per day regardless of size and they are secured with a chain and monitored. The guy managing it is called Ali and was very polite and efficient. I will definitely use this company again when I pass through London. Here is a photo of Ali with my bags. Thank you.

This place is just in front of Paddington Station and the Hilton Hotel. So you can’t miss it. The name is easy to remember, “Safari Currency Exchange.” I think the first some pictures are from different place.
I had a nice experience here. The person in the shop was so kind. One day before I wanted to leave my luggage, about 7:00 at night, I just happen to pass the shop on my way to the hotel. Then he was about to leave, closing the shutter.
I asked him about the price etc, and he told me very kindly.
The next day when I checked out the hotel, I had enough time before my train leave, so I left my luggage here and explored London for a couple of ours(my hotel was near the station but it charges 20pounds for left luggage). The man remembered me and did it as he told the previous day. He was very nice. Thank you.

Arriving at Paddington move to Plattform 12 here you can store your luggage and it’s cheap. Great place. They scan your luggage and you pay, sign and done

It was really cheap and easy. £7 per bag and we discussed the pick up time and closing times. The bags are all locked together and you have to present a photo of the luggage tag numbers that you are given, therefore you must have a smartphone, but perhaps the staff can write something down if you do not have one. I also noticed a sign on the door that said no drop off/collection on Fridays between 11:50am - 13:10pm, so best to check that this works for you. It would have been better to have the bags locked away as they are stored on the front of the shop but regardless, it was still a good service.

Didn’t want to carry our luggage around with us. Found this place online, and it had great reviews, and wasn’t badly priced. Really quick and simple to book and its location made it a perfect choice. I found the staff there to be friendly and helpful. Definitely would use again.

Paddington Station: Lost Property
I foolishly left a man's hat on a train arriving at Paddington Station. The on;ime reporting form was clear and easy to use and the Lost Property Office reacted almost immediately. The following day I was oinformed that my hat had been found and was available for collection in the Lost Property Office. I was very happy to pay the £3 admin fee to be re-united with the hat that had travelled thousands of miles with me over several years and was something of an old friend. Well done Paddington!
